New Compact sensor
March 24, 2011

Following a 2 years development, VibraSens is proud to release his new compact accelerometer model 109. It is actually the world smallest industrial (dual case isolation with faraday shield) sensor with M12 glass seal connector. Should you try it and enjoy the low weight (20 grammes), low size (Hex 14mm) and high bandwith (20 kHz).

Following a 2 years development, VibraSens is proud to release his new compact accelerometer model 109. It is actually the world smallest industrial (dual case isolation with faraday shield) sensor with M12 glass seal connector. In addition it has very important features not found in competitor’s accelerometer.
- Annular shear design with faraday shield. (not all competitors are manufacturing shielded shear design).
- 80 g dynamic range for the 100mV/g version (competition only achieves 50g).
- Bias is stable +-5% over the complete temperature range -40°C to +120°C. (competition achieves -50% at 120°C)
- Sensor is protected against shock occuring when using a magnet. (competition has no protection and many sensors are destroyed by an overload of the input mosfet transistor)
- Sensor is protected against miswiring. (competition has no protection)

You should try it and enjoy the low weight (20 grammes), low size (Hex 14mm) and high bandwith (20 kHz).

4-20 mA Vibration Sensor with new frequency range
News -- July, 2010 --

We have added new options to our popular 4-20 mA piezoelectric vibration sensor model 125. 3 years ago this compact sensor was only released with velocity output in the frequency range from 3 Hz to 1000 Hz. Nevertheless some applications require velocity output with a frequency range 10 Hz to 1000 Hz. This new feature is another step to improve customer satisfaction.
